Filipe Werner combines state-of-the-art technology and a service-oriented approach for the ultimate client experience. A native of Brazil, Filipe started in marketing and design to solidify a skillset integral to residential real estate. Filipe moved to Boston in 2006 and worked in restaurant management and corporate catering for a decade where his customer service skills and work ethic shined. Filipe simultaneously started in real estate in 2009 and after years of part-time success with landlords, buyers, and sellers he entered the industry in a full-time capacity. Filipe went on to join a luxury team with a focus on high profile and luxury clientele in the Jamaica Plain, Roslindale, and West Roxbury neighborhoods of Boston. Now a new resident of Stoughton, Filipe is especially adept on the Canton, Sharon, and Stoughton suburbs and is representing clients from Saugus to Taunton. A tech enthusiast, Filipe puts to use his 20+ years of experience in photography and computer design to produce photos, video, and virtual tours as components of his standard marketing package for each of his seller clients, allowing for total control and near instantaneous turnaround times. Filipe treats the business as a science and has amassed a collection of accreditations including ABR, CNHS, RCC, SRES, PSA and SFR. His approach with his clients is that as a friend, to truly nurture them as a client for life and views each property as a project, always in the best interest of the client even if that means it doesn’t result in a sale of that home. Filipe attributes his success in the business to his passion for marketing, advertising, photography and design, technology and hospitality, where real estate is a culmination of skills and these passions make it not a job but a lifestyle.
